It's Almost Here...

Football season is less than 2 weeks away and that makes me and all grown men in the world very happy. The wasted few weeks we call preseason is almost over and rosters are slowly getting cut down to 53. Brett Favre is back (was there any doubt) and Troy Polamalu's hair is flowing better than ever (sidenote: Troy Polamalu's hair can now be talked about in the same conversation as J-Lo's backside and Mariah Carey's legs after being insured for $1 million courtesy of Head & Shoulders). After watching a few games this preseason, nothing surprised me more than the potential of the Houston Texans. They clearly showed that they have better skill position players than an NFC favorite in the Dallas Cowboys and are one of the few teams who have been talked about as a team that will eventually break out in years past. So, with office pools and vegas odds right around the corner for the start of the season, don't overlook the Houston Texans, they will surprise a lot of people this year.
